Has anyone done business with them lately? I've been trying to get a replacement part for a few months now and I can't seem to engage them or keep them engaged.

It took a lot of work to get someone's attention and once I did they stopped responding.

I am looking for a replacement carrier bushing for a EVO SSK and they said they'd send it but then went dark. Very frustrating. Makes me want to go buy a whole different SSK.

I have the same experience…unresponsive. I tried email and called them but never got anybody knowledgeable on the line. Also the google reviews are trending down.
