I have greatly enjoyed owning this kit; it is simply a fantastic piece of engineering and adds 125 to 150 rear wheel horsepower to the S65 engine. For financial reasons, I now need to sell the kit to some lucky buyer. These kits are becoming much more scarce and prices are escalating.

The kit is currently off the car, and bolted back into its original shipping ‘Red Box’ crate, along with the other kit components, waiting for a new owner to have a lot of fun with it. See packing and Red Box crate photos. This kit is used, and is being sold “as is” with no warranty expressed or implied, but it is in good condition and working order. Please review all of the photographs shown below. Low ball, 'basement-dweller' offers will be ignored.

SPECIAL NOTES:
One of the serpentine belt feed bracket bearings needs replacing, though it still functions. A complete feed bracket replacement (with two bearings) is now available from www.BPMSport.com (price currently tbd, but approximately $355). A single existing feed bracket bearing replacement was quoted by Harrop USA at $115.

The BPMSport Harrop SC Tune flash file is *not* transferable, but a tune file is available from BPMSport.com BPMSport potentially at the discounted price of $999, with my original kit OBDII USB flash tuning cable.

Free bump on the sale with a question. Why did you stick with the larger injectors, did you move to another SC platform or running a tune making use of them?

Good question.. Imagine a 58 year old retiree rolling around on his garage floor in the dirt, removing his Harrop SC with only hand tools and no lift in the South Carolina heat and humidity. I was so tired and fatigued after removing the SC myself, I simply decided to leave the blue injectors installed. Yes, I will be running a custom tune from Mike B' and making use of them.

Don't have to imagine! Though a decade+ younger and mine came off the e93 in my garage during the cool spring of the PNW - I certainly get tiring out on this job. it's a big one for sure. GLWS!

Bump for a stand up seller and very helpful enthusiast in the community.

We have 2 or 3 extra sets of the updated currently supplied injectors and hardware included with the latest kits in stock. If the new buyer would like to obtain the injectors from us, we can reduce the cost from $850 to $700 for the set (incl machined mounting rail spacers for perfect fitment).

Also, the engine software and cable is $1,195 but I've inquired with the OP to see if he is willing to part with the cable and include it in the kit to bring this cost down to the new owner. In this case we can honor the price he listed.

We also have the complete idler assembly on order.

We do have one new kit available for approx $12,600 shipped - the price increase to 13k will go into effect after the final kit is sold. I need to edit the thread which has the cutoff listed at 8/12 and change it to say applies to next kit or two only. Even at full asking price, the buyer would still save 2-3K. I commend the time the OP spent in being as transparent and descriptive as possible, pretty rare these days.

We just purchased a Harrop E90 M3 from a customer in Texas this past week and drove it back to CA. Arrived back yesterday at 4
am. It was over 100 degrees the majority of the time through Texas, New Mexico and Arizona, peaking at 108. Ran it up to 170mph in blistering heat and it didn't skip a beat, not to mention an impressive average of 19MPG. It made the longest drive i've ever taken incredibly engaging - aside from a nasty ticket in Kimble County TX within 5 minutes of making it to the 10 Freeway :. I've had the Harrop M3 on my M3 since 2014 but never had the time to appreciate the kit over a long distance like this. Funny enough, a friend accompanied me on the drive and fell in love with the car, and is begging to buy the car.

We would recommend that the SC oil be changed - it's not due yet but makes sense to take care of that prior to installation to ensure it's set for another 100k.

You said more than this which is why the Mods removed your posts. Neither had you taken the time to add correctly, or read the links to the part prices I quoted. The Mods were fair, and they didn't take kindly to your posts either. Hence, the Mods chose to take action. Whether you like it or not, nobody needs your permission when it comes to item listing pricing. Sending me disparaging P.M.s afterwards says it all.

As for the price the seller is asking for, I do not believe there is a used kit available anywhere in the US at a cheaper price point. Your posts were removed by the moderators because they were a violation of the forum rules - see below. Maybe just get over it and move on. We're here for the love of BMWs and their mods. If you don't like a price, don't buy the item. If you've got some emotional stuff to work out, or want to work through financial grievances, this isn't the place.

This is pretty much all I said, just broke down it down with the prices OP posted and he raged about it. My posts were removed but so were his temper tantrums. But yeah okay man. LOL.

Anyway, done with this. These kits on the used market are rare and sell themselves. A lot of people are looking for them both here and on the FB groups. If this was a good deal it wouldn't need everyone here chiming in about how good of a deal it was, it would already be gone.
