Who is generally the best dealer for service and repairs in the Chicagoland area for cars under warranty?

I go to Laurel in Westmont and have good results.

Fields tried charging me $550 for a new battery + instal. Also told me my back brakes needed replacing. Had just taken it to a family friend who owns an auto body shop and has been servicing strictly high end German cars for 30 years. They told me my brakes were had 50% life left. Drove the car gently maybe 100-200 miles in between visits, soooo do you need me to go on about fields?
