S65 4.0L-4.5L problem

Hi everyone I am preparing to upgrade to 4.5L for my S65 4.0L
1. 82.7mm crankshaft
2. 93mm iron cylinder liner
3. Forged connecting rod
4. 93mm forged piston CR 10:1 (lower compression ratio because I need to install ESS supercharger)

I have a question about the Pistons stats right now
The crankshaft has 7.5mm more travel
How should I modify the compression height of the piston?
Original compression height -3.75mm?
Is this calculation correct?
