These mounts are the wide version for seats between 430mm and 460mm wide at the mount points linked below. https://www.bkauto.com/R_9280_Seat_M...s_p/r-9280.htm these will work for powered or manual sliders, but you will have to buy a few parts (wiring, e30 switch) for wired seats. bk has instructions on their website. this seat mount will work for the driver or passenger side. i also have the passenger side harness mounts that keep the oem 3point belt recepticle. these harness mounts will only work for the passenger side. i'm willing to sell separately, but i'll give you a great deal if you buy both. https://www.bkauto.com/R_9288_Passen...s_p/r-9288.htm i'm selling because i mounted them up to my seats and they didn't get me as low as i would have liked (i'm tall). they were mounted and i took them off the next day. i can't return opened/mounted racing products.

Came in this section for the off chance there might be some of these in here and just my luck!! Missed them by a few days 😫
How much would you say these move you down? I find that with a helmet on my head rubs enough on the roof to bother me on oem seats. Not tall here, 6'0". Quote:

The person I sold them to is running recaro pole positions and he reported the seat was pretty low with these. If you need bk harness anchors for these mounts, I'll give you a great deal.
