Long time ago that I was active here.

I still have a complete Dinan S65 stroker kit with following parts.

1 x refurbished OEM Dinan crank
8 x brandnew and boxed OEM Dinan pistons including hardware
8 x brandnew and boxed OEM Dinan rods
2 x brandnew and boxed OEM Dinan gaskets

Looking for 11,000$

block needs to get bored at honed at Dinan... not cheap, but still an interesting project

would the work have to be done at Dinan? Do they still do that sort of thing?

Well, when I say Dinan I mean Carbahn. Steve Dinan's new shop is Carbahn. They are the ones doing all the engine modifications.

There are few places that can correctly bore and hone an alusil block. I would take it to the experts. You have enough variability issues already while trying to build a stroker to screw up something so simple

Usually the pistons come with a spec sheet saying their size, then when you send the block you also include the spec sheet for the machining.
That is how you do it correctly
