Weird stalls after cold start...

Hi,
For a while now the car has had the "fluctuating RPM" issue during cold start.
Now there is a new symptom:
About 2 minutes after starting the car and the RPM settles,the car stalls...

It also does this on the next start(without the fluctuations). The third start is OK and the car is fine for the rest of the day...
The third start is also when the temp needle starts to move (if it matters)

The car is 2009 e92 m3,6MT.78K miles
No codes at all.Battery is new and registered.
Changed waterpump and thermostat a few months ago.
Is it the ICV progressively failing?Something else?

I'm no expert, but based on my reading on here, it sounds like a bad ICV. I suspect you could find out more running codes, but if it's stalling at idle, that could be the culprit.

i had a similar issue, no codes. replaced fuel pressure sensor, no more idle issues after....

There are a few codes now...
Could an alternator be the cause?The battery voltage looks good(12.8v)
Alternator voltage (when the car stays on) is 13-14.3v

Changed fuel station - no more stalls
