OEM exhaust inner tube size?

Hi all,

I have been looking around but most of the dimensions are the rivet tube diameter(something like 70mm). I saw there are inner tubes from the tip removal video.

Is it possible to weld/clamp aftermarket tips onto the inner tube?(see picture below) And what is the inner tube diameter?


I am looking around for different tips. Most of them are the wrong sizes but a few are clamp on for 63mm inlet and 81mm outlet which I hope will work.
