What mods when emissions don't matter?

So in a few more weeks, WA is doing away with emissions requirements. What would be some beneficial mods that are no longer "off limits"? I'd rather not make it any louder, but are there some intake/ecu/exhaust changes that can be made to help low end or increase mpg without power loss? The supercharger is always "out there" but I'm thinking more of something in the 1-2k cost range.

Any help is always appreciated.

At that price point .. drop in filter, pulley, test pipes, and stage 2 tune. $2K and 95% of what you can squeeze out of this engine with bolt ons.

Test pipe is your best bang for the buck. After test pipes, I would do tune and then a pulley.
