I have a NEW Eonon GA9365 unit for sale, plug and play for BMW E90 3-series models (2006-2011). Upgrade your radio with a stock BMW look, with a big screen and NEW features!

The unit runs Android 9, includes GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth, USB, SD Card, and supports screen mirroring. Apple CarPlay / Android Auto can be added with a simple USB dongle (usually around $50 I think).

Unit is brand new, only plugged it in to test it in my car, but decided to stay with the Pioneer radio I already had (I'm very picky as I have upgraded to aftermarket amps and speakers also, the Pioneer just works better with the aftermarket equipment).

Unit sells for $450 CAD new, PLUS about $50 in shipping and duties (even on sale I've seen cheapest is $400 CAD including shipping and duties).

I'm asking $350 CAD.

Haha they exist! Much more common in EU, but base models in Canada also came with it.

I prefer the dials, easier to operate eyes-free, but of course the additional REST and other features would be nice.
Overall, don't mind at all personally.
