DCT Issues

So yesterday was pretty hot here in texas upper 90s most of the day and my DCT I don't think enjoyed the heat. I was having a continuous issue with it switching into "manual" and upshifting rather rapidly keeping the car around 1k rpms below is the video of the car swithing to 2nd without any touch once it started to cool down later that night in the low 80s high 70s I didn't have a single problem. So in conclusion I was wondering if anyone has had the same issue and if so what caused it and was it a detrimental issue. I haven't had any fault codes thrown yet and didn't go into limp mode.

Paddle might be sticking or a short in the paddles

I'd want to see the dct transmission to see if it's leaking. Need to remove the transmission cover to look.
