WTS: NEW MFactory Carbon Fiber Driveshaft (MT)
I've got a brand new MFactory Carbon Fiber Driveshaft for a manual E9x M3 that I'm not going to be using. Absolutely nothing wrong with it, I just don't have the car anymore, so this needs to go. Asking $1425 shipped to your door in CONUS. I'd include a pic, but it's still boxed up. Let me know if you have any questions. SOLD!!!! Last edited by XxMerlinxX; 10-10-2017 at 01:05 PM.. |

It's already $300 off the price directly from MFactory, not sure I'm willing to go any lower. Shoot me an offer in a PM though, if you like, never hurts to ask.

This is a very nice piece and worth the expense. I am surprised that this is still here at this price.

I've never heard of one working. One guy had his explode and a couple couldn't use it due to vibration.
Any posts you can point to with success? I'd be interested |

I'm not related to the seller but there are a couple guys in our area running these with no problems that I know of. I suspect this is one of those parts that you don't hear much about until someone has a problem with one and gets online to blast it.

I'm pretty sure the guy that claimed vibration jacked something up. And just wanted to return it. Mine is perfect.

I have in on a DCT. Installed at EAS. On it for about 10K miles. No issues. I know of at least two other people who have it in SoCal and they drive the snot out of their cars. No issues there either. If worried about vibrations, perhaps replace guibo at the same time? For mine some spacers need to be added to the horizontal brace to make sure the shaft doesn't touch it.

You're probably thinking of other brand carbon driveshafts such as the ones by Fall Line Motorsports or Driveshaftfactory, both of which were released years before the MFactory one and had mixed reviews. The MFactory one has had nothing but glowing reviews.
