This climate control panel was removed from a 2011.5 BMW M3. BMW Part # 64119250393. It will fit all the E90, E92 and E93 models. The panel itself is in excellent condition. The removable soft touch trim around this part is in good shape, but has some very light scratches and one small nick in the soft touch paint right on the seam (close up photo provided). People who might be interested in this include those who have or plan to upgrade to heated seats or those who want the ALL button found on newer M3s that syncs the right and left side temperature settings together (right side knob, in early models it was "REST", a different function). This part sells for more than $400 new on the BMW parts websites. Last edited by Theodore; 09-18-2025 at 07:17 PM.. |

The ALL button is one of those little upgrades from my pre LCI 135i that I love in my 2011.5 M, bump for a worthwhile little upgrade.

I think he misunderstood my post. Seems like he thought I put a LCI climate control in my 135i.... when what i meant was I came from a pre LCI 135 that had the useless REST button, and now have a LCI M3 with the ALL button and I considered that a 'upgrade' for me.

I have recently fitted an LCI climate control panel to my pre-LCI 2008 M3 E93.
I can confirm all the connections on the reverse are the same so it’s easy to plug in. All climate control buttons work, including heated seats. BUT,... aircon was no longer working in my car. Heating and all other controls were fine, just no aircon. I swapped back my old unit, and proved that aircon was working ok. So, the LCI climate control panel needs to be coded to the car with NCSExpert. I did that this morning, and aircon and all controls are now working correctly from the LCI climate control panel on my pre-LCI car. |

Did the old heated seat buttons on the lower switch bar still work? My scenario is keeping my LCI panel (factory) but add the lower seat heating buttons, as I like it better when they fill up the blanks below. I have seen people that had the old style, swapped to LCI and had 4 working buttons. I have LCI and added the lower switched, but they don't work. I've looked through all the coding files, but there aren't any obvious paramenters. Probably need a 1-1 comparison of coded parameters for IKHA/Junction Box.

From memory, I ‘think’ the lower heated seat buttons continued to work, but then mine was a Pre-LCI, so that might make a difference.
