Anyone ever get this error code before?

P0343 - Camshaft Position Sensor 'A' Circuit High Input

Any recommendations?

Will this effect performance of the car?

Sounds like you need a new Camshaft position sensor

I have this error code. I have ordered a cam sensor. Does anyone know the location? Looking from the radiator back?
