Test pipes or x-pipe

Just bought an oem exhaust moded with the straight through design. I was going to order ACM test pipes but came across challenge street x-pipe (retains the primary cats.

My questions are, will the challenge street x-pipe throw a cel on since there are no O2 sensors that go into it. Which setup will gain more power and which do you guys think will sound better. I'm not looking to be obnoxiously loud.

I'm planning on pairing my Borla with those pipes too. Was there a big difference in cold starts and WOT once you put the pipes in? Any power gains?

Stock vs primary cat delete (high flow secondary / resonated) + OEM muffler
More power, CEL light issue.

Primary cat in place, secondary cat / res delete + OEM muffler
Similar sound volume to the above, but no CEL issue and less power gain
Prefer this setup, more throaty? No CEL / emission test issue and no plan to remap

The sound is a little deeper, throttle is a little lighter after I put on the xpipe... But power gain, I can't really tell.
