You have the worst luck with your car. First the supercharger, now the engine! You need to be more careful man!

What about a Dinan Stroker?

If 25k is "too much," then you're not ready to rebuild this engine for "max performance." 25k is going to be right around where the build will set, between the aftermarket rods & pistons, standard additional bits (bearings, wrist pins, gaskets, etc.) and then the machining. Plus, it'll probably make sense to upgrade to the ARH Headers if you're pushing this much power, so that's another cost outside the motor build.

VT3M33 and IMG are running the highest HP S65's on the forums (both over 700 WHP), and they both used Prime Performance to build their motors. I'd recommend contacting them.

We have 6 of these set-ups on the road right now that have been running for just over a year. They're running the stock supercharger kits, so we haven't turned the boost up on them yet, however we plan to.

10k might get a stock rebuild setup + machining OR a replacement motor from a reputable source. I would highly recommend that you don't just buy any replacement S65 motor, just in case you' get sold an unhealthy motor -- History of detonation problems, poor maintenance by previous owner, worn out bearings, etc.

Not a kit but 4K for a stroker crankshaft seems reasonable;

Plenty of con rods and piston options available, just showed you a descent priced crankshaft as a starting point.
