For sale is my 2008 BMW M3 Sedan

Great condition inside and out
Lots of recent maintenance done
New Brakes/Tires/Brake sensors/oil change
Everything has been looked over suspension wise, all is good
Car is extremely tight, everything works as it should
Fully loaded Nav/heated seats/sunshades/EDC
Interior shows no wear, like new
Car will be sold certified and Etested

Reason for sale because I know people will ask, is I've recently been transferred downtown to Union station, I walk to the GO in the morning which is 5 minutes away and it takes me right into work. I haven't had to drive the car in the last 2 weeks. I find excuses to leave the house at night just to get in it. Unfortunately I have another vehicle as well and I'm going to keep the cheaper of the two because that's what practical and makes sense. I am not selling the car because it has problems or I don't like it or I can't afford it. The car is paid for - this is not a forced sale, I am not desperate for the money.

I am pricing it very reasonably - hoping for a quick sale. If it goes - it goes, if it doesn't, I honestly have no problem keeping it.

Would love to sell it to a member on here seeing as we are all inclined when it comes to these cars and know they're value.
