Hey guys just got my Macht Schnell test pipes paired with my M performance exhaust and I must say it sounds amazing. A bit of a drone in the lower RPMs but as soon as you hit 3000+ it sounds fantastic. Will post up better videos but these will do for now. Shout out to EAS for the awesome product!

Is your DCT seeping fluid?

Definitely looks like a DCT gasket leak, but the exhaust and intake combo sound great!

Yea the shop actually pointed that out. I hear its a hefty repair but should be covered under warranty?

Looks like your DCT is leaking pretty bad.

Getting it checked out in a week hopefully a quick repair. Went to a different shop to check out my TP install because I kept hearing a rattle and smelled alot of fumes from drivers side.

Found out it wasn't from the test pipe but my clamps behind the resonators came loose or unbolted. Just got them retightened and definitely a noticeable increase in power and torque in the lower rpms! Not raspy at all, no smell of fumes but the noise toned down a whole lot after the fix.

Question: is this the first or second gen MPE?

Wow just noticed after uploading this picture the clamp below the right side of the exhaust canister is loose. Could be the cause of a significant tone down in sound.

This is the setup that I'd like to do but won't accept any drone so I may have to pass. Which that wasn't the case.

Thanks guys! Luckily the car came with the MPE (second owner). No drone whatsoever and sounds very crisp at 3000+ rpm. Almost like a machine gun noise, very unique. I'll try and get a video soon!

Thanks. As mentioned, IMO its the best combo. But I was too worried that mine would crack, so I sold mine. I'll wait and see if the V2 has fixed the cracking issue - maybe I'll buy again in the future.

Thanks! just stock resonators/ no cats and drone is very minimal. Very easy on the ears daily/cruising highway speeds.

i went the same route , but for me catless x pipe ,2 resonators with MPE was waaaaay too loud. Ive changed it to just primary cat delete and kept the stock x pipe with MPE, now its perfect!
