DCT re-leak?

So we are all aware about the DCT lower and side pan leaking issues, my question is, for those who have them pans changed did you notice the problem came back again? Or was it solved for good?

Mine has been back twice under warranty for pipes and sump. It's now leaking again and going back for another try.

It'll happen again sooner or later unless you go with an aftermarket solution.

So I asume Im just better toping it off every 10k miles instead of attempting a fix without warranty right?

They should warranty the parts if you get it done at a BMW dealership for 2 years.

Around 2K if the side pan is leaking..
