Check Engine Code P0036...Heater Control Circuit

Since over 2 weeks my car keeps throwing up this code and i have no clue why

Code is P0036: H02S Heater Control Circuit (Bank 1, Sensor 2)

Is this has something to do with one of my O2 sensor?

Im running catless pipes with Evolve-R tune and i never had this issue with the car before after 4 months of ownership..

Is this just something easy to fix?? I always erase it with my OBD2 reader but it keeps coming back

I think your O2 sensor after the cat on bank 1 is done. Replace it.
