Another happy BPM buyer.
Loved BPM's tune I got from them a good while back so when It came time for coding I of course went with BPM again.
Everything was yet again quick and easy, cable got to me in I think 2 days "super fast", email explained everything I needed to do in easy steps. Called Mike up and I did not even need to set up a time he did it right then. Sure ill be buying something from him in the future again. Tons of coding options to choose from, he even coded my new battery. Loving the new Euro MDM "massive difference" He did seem to get some rather perverse delight in asking me his 3 QUESTIONS... im fairly certain I heard him fingering his bellybutton over the phone HA!

And another one
So i typically dont post to boards anymore since I'm lazy and frankly dont have time but I thought I would give back since I have been grabbing a lot of info from you guys here...
My experience with Mike @ BPM is nothing short of astounding... I bought my 2012 Jerez Black M3 back with 15k miles in April and thought I would keep it stock, my lil bro has 135 and recommended a tune from Mike at BPM. Since my bro is an expert at all things BMW and seeing the price was reasonable and eager to get some more power and driveibility out of my car I contacted Mike to get an exhaust... Mike spent over an hour on the phone with me, schooling me on all the pluses and minuses of different setups and really took the time to understand my needs and what I wanted from my car...he never tried to sell me anything and just answered questions and helped me understand the possible avenues for my vehicle, Mike is not a salesman, he is a BMW enthusiast . Several times he informed me that different products were not worth the price/benefit. You can tell Mike is very passionate about his business and really cares that his customers are happy. After discussing with my little bro and itching for some power I decided to contact Mike and drive up to see him. Mike has a stable of vehicles that would make any BMW guy envious. I counted several M cars and he showed me several different setups he had, and even offered to start up his supercharged M3 to show me the Akra exhaust so I could hear the sound in person. He programmed the car inside of 30 min going over each options, the different considerations and what he recommended. After all was said and done he said, "Alright lets go for a ride and see how you like it". Immediately the car was different, louder on start up and more torquey in the low end. I behaved myself through his nice neighbordhood, busted a right and I hit the M power button as I pulled up to the light. I gunned the car when the light went green and all hell broke loose, the car spun the tires going into 2nd and 3rd gear, before I only heard the car chirp the tires going into 2nd on rare occasions. I car was more eager, more torquey and shifted harder. Much more drivable but also more aggressive. The next day I took my wife for a ride not telling her I got a tune. On start, she immediately asked what I did to the car...I told her a mild tune, she said that she loved it and the car was more fun (whatever than means). The car pulls harder and faster in every gear, the only negative is bounced over the rev limiter/fuel cut as the car pulls so much harder/faster in first gear you really need to be aware. The European traction control and the additional tuning addons (mirrors) only add to the value of the tune. Mike texted me on the way home and even the next day to ensure I was happy with my purchase. He assured me the car would be even faster as the computer learns the tune...it is. If you have an untunned M3 have Mike uncork it for you and I promise you will never look back. Mike is a consummate professional and cares about his customers and these cars, he pulled the history on my car and told me how many times it had been to red line, top speed, etc and let me know it had been babied (prior to making taking ownership). Mike this review is long overdue but thank you for turning my car into a real monster...I love my tune and you know your shit. I'm looking forward to stage 2. Many Thanks |

I have to compliment BPM in every feedback thread. I too am very happy with both service and product and extremely impressed with Mike's knowledge of not only coding and tuning (which is apparent in his products) but also the other intricacies of the system. He was able to code and do a lot of clean up on my car and get everything to work as it should. I cannot recommend BPM enough.

Hey guys.. Just wanted to add to the love for BPM and Mike. I just did the stage II tune and ACM test pipes over the weekend and I can't say enough about the tune itself and the customer service which I believe is unmatched in the aftermarket performance industry.
First the Tune: I have a 2010 e90 with a 6MT. I opted for speed limit removal, rev limit raised to 8550, cold start rev limit at 4000, and a more sporty servotronic steering. I left the cold start cycle on cuz it wakes my neighbor and I hate him but that's another story. Anyway after I installed the test pipes and loaded the tune i took her for a spin. It was nothing short of awesome "feel like a kid again" fun. It's louder with the test pipes for sure , but the tune really makes the engine run buttery smooth as well as a nice power delivery. The launch control was also a fun addon. mash the throttle and it stays at 3500rpm till you drop the clutch. I don't have any plans to Dyno this was just a fun project for me. Now Customer Service: I, like a dumba$$ didn't read the "read me" file all the way through and I made a mistake. I called tech support on a WEEKEND (off hours) and got through to MIKE!! He told me not to worry and walked me through getting me back on track. Can't say enough regarding how Mike and his business treats their customers. |

Very happy with the new BPM Stage 2 been running the ESS Akrapovic Evo tune for the last 4 years. Reason for the switch was the extra options and just want to try something new. Good luck trying to answer the questions i think you will have a better chance playing the lottery haha
