what do you mean overlay ?I believe it's actual cf, piece is lightweight fitment is 100% and so as you can see on those pic, It's definilly not Sticker or wrap

Look like skinned pieces. If so they are a permanent solution made with real carbon fiber. I make these, and those look like great quality. GLWS!

Seems like this is designed to go on top of the pieces, rather than replace them. Not sure I would like all those visible rough edges. It's also in the wrong direction, but I guess some might like the contrast.
