Well, other than looking awesome IMO it acts as a scrape and impact buffer to the V1 portion, so lets stay you scrap the crap out if it or beach on a curb.... the lower flat portion takes the damage, then later you can just replace that flat extension if need be and not need a whole new lip. Perhaps, but keep in mind this is the FRP version and the carbon upper end models have hardware and holes if i am not mistaken.
this was actually not much more if not damn near the same price wise as some replicas....in th 500-700 price range to your door. this is also the V2 so there are two completely separate pieces. the second piece is much harder and less instructive to mount. |
