Nothing is better at conveying the ultimate feel of sitting in a sports car than a modern sport seat. As well as offering the safety and comfort of a standard seat, this lightweight bucket seat also has an impressive sporty design.

The BMW Performance sport seat is designed with the sporty driver in mind, Its light but robust bucket design offers optimum side support and comfort. Overall the sport seat is even lighter than the standard seat. The backrest can be folded forwards and has an easy entry function. The seat can be set to two different heights using a perforated plate. It also features seat heating and a side airbag.

We have been incredibly fortunate to not only work on some truly special M3's, but also take them one step further via paint, upholstery, and hardware. The BMW Performance seat is no stranger to this treatment and through our new website this is now an available option for the masses. Whether you are looking for the standard Alcantara clad seats with trademark BMW Performance white stitching or something a little more unique, we have a solution for you. Yes that's what I found out when I tried ordering them here in Germany. They have plenty of Driver seats but no passenger.

Correct the seats are no longer made. I have the last coupe set inbound from Germany now.

Standard finish for Performance seats. Any paint work or custom upholstery is typically performed at our facility.

do you know what the reasoning is behind not producing these anymore? these were probably the coolest piece bmw offered so i can't see why they would stop making them when people bought them all up.

Even though the seats work in other BMW's the E9x M3 production ending might have played a factor in the program coming to an end. We have two sets of E90 M3 sedan Performance seats coming to IND. There are zero coupe seats left now in Germany.

What are the differences between the coupe and sedan versions?

I'm interested in the seat, and can't see to find information that says that there are two distinct seats.

Just really curious cause I've always assumed that the one model fits both coupe and sedans.

Besides the seat latch release system (E92 Coupe seat folds forward) there is no difference at all. In fact, I have seen E90 sedan customers with E92 seats and they didn't even know it until we showed them the difference.
