I am a nooby once it comes to coding and everyone is getting the CIC sport displays coded, can anyone guide me or offer me a way to remote code my CIC, my car has late CIC with apps and all that.

The sport displays cant be made to work on the E platform.
I have yet to try and code in the efficient dynamics stuff. Would like at least to have the gas history charts come up. |

Gas history would be interesting.
Any reason why the sport displays cannot be done? Are they not just driven by a calculation based on throttle opening/MAP and engine revs? |

a) Last night I tried flipping the only paramater that looked like "Gas History" on in the CIC module. It did not show up.
b) The sport displays can be coded to "come up". But they sit blank. Best I was able to find is that the KOMBI in the E series does not send the correct signal(s) to the CIC and thus, it does not have sufficient data to make them "spin". |
