Never mind, I think I turned the nipple too much and it was getting sucked in and put out at the nipple. I have a tendency to over twist nipples.

So you were just scavenging ambient air into the tube rather than air coming from the bleeder?

I already sourced a supplier for titanium caliper bolts and titanium pistons. Same with mounting hardware and brackets. However, it's expensive to do right and I need to figure out how to sell it to mrs beef. Also, the car could use a suspension refresh- and that is higher priority.

Everything so far has been from Ti64.com.

As if we all had enough time in this world we live in, but you should create a spreadsheet/guide of all the Ti on your car.

I wouldn't say that yet. I'm just having fun. I am exploring a side hustle. I really do love this stuff.

All I have at this point is engine brace hardware, air box hardware, license plate hardware, and wing hardware. Low hanging fruit. I have bigger ideas... it's such a small market I would have to be selective and strategic in how I would produce such products.

New kit! Ohlins R&T with upgraded Swift Springs 448F/784R which should be within the range of the Ohlins default valving. Purchased from Barry at 3DM Motorsport, he offers one free re-valve, which I will use if I decide to go up in spring rate.

All their kits come with 695lbs rear springs. Or did Barry recommend those rates?

448F/784R is pretty much inline with a bunch of calcs I've done. Keen to hear you feel about it and whether you need more front roll stiffness (OEM front arb?)

Just called him and he's able to swap these out with the standard springs that come with the Ohlins kit. He offers a partial credit for the swap and can customize the rates based on preference. From reading some threads on here the consensus seems to be this is the max rate folks would go with w/o a re-valve.

I have the Dinan adjustable front bar and stock rear, will likely set that on the lightest setting to start. Happy to offer my impressions after the install, my aim is to maintain a quiet and comfortable setup on the street with an improved experience on track. I had an MCS 600/900 setup on my previous car, it was sublime on the track but a bit much for me personally on the street.

Also mostly keeping rubber components up front for now, again for street comfort and reduced NVH. One reason I'm using the Ground Control street camber plates vs the Vorshlag setup I previously had.

does he do KW V3s? I have a set of KWV3 that I wanted to change to linear spring to prevent front rubbing.

I'm thinking I'll start replacing hardware in the engine bay. I need some more weight reduction over the front axles and I'm at the point where it's hard to find even a 1lb here and there.

From what I understand most recently about the status of SRF, Castrol has raised the wholesale price of the fluid. So the days of $65-69/retail priced bottle are over. Looking at more like $80+ moving forward. Also, seems like they’re allocating shipments. My friend that’s a parts supplier told me yesterday when I got some from him that they have been sending him a few bottles at a time. He got 6 bottles this week (4 cause I bought 2 lol). Maybe the supply issue will be solved in the next month or so, but hard to say... I may try the endless fluid after these bottles are used up if it’s still difficult to get ahold of.

SRF is unique but I still use Motul RBF600. I'd rather bleed the brakes more often to get the moisture out of the line to prevent internal corrosion of the components in the system and help seals last longer.

I left SRF in my 330 for about 18 months and it would still perform great. The color was dark brown with a lot of stuff suspended in the fluid when I bled it. That was a bit concerning.
