I have narrowed my choices down to Eibach or Dinan Both nearly identical drops etc. From there the choice is yours per say they are both safest for excessive wear and tear on your stock components. Changing the bumpstop to an e36 with one of these springs then everything is GREAT.

All I hope is that I don't create a BUMPY ride.
dude i have eibachs w/trimmed front bumpstops and the ride is very smooth IMO...sometimes i wish it was firmer lol...You are more then welcome to drive/ride my car..i'm anywhere from westchester to queens to long island

I've had the H&Rs for over a year now. Love the drop and I am very happy with the ride quality: Firmer than stock but not jarring. They also do a great job at the track.

Here is a couple of photo courtesy of Dawgdog. H&R and spacers:

^ you must have a lucky batch of H&R, mine was very jarring and was unstable when roads got uneven/bumpy when at speeds over 80

+1 I've also got the H&Rs. I thought stock was too soft, especially on the track. IMO, the ride with H&Rs is how an M3 should feel.

I understand that coilovers and agressive springs like H&R cause issues with EDC. So what happens? Is it just a light like TPMS? Is the car "stuck" in one of the three modes?

Sorry for the stupid questions but I am looking at an M3 with EDC and I am starting to get nervous.

My Eibachs are fantastic, ride quality is perfect and I love the drop. I switched over from H&R's, which I was not happy with at all. Dinan springs were out, the drop looked to minimal.

I read on here a few times that Eibach makes the springs for Dinan.

Got H&Rs, no complaints, firm sporty ride and not bumpy and uncomfortable, I'm happy with it, I went with H&Rs for the lower ride, not sure how it affects the wear and tear of the suspension though...only time will tell

what about RDSport? i read that they have the lowest drop and a safe compared to H&R's...and thats exactly what im looking for a very low drop while still retaining reliability

Probably the best spring on the market at this time, along with the Eibachs. The H&Rs are the cheapest, which makes them attractive.

H&Rs are very stiff, it's purely up you your personal preference.

well im also interested in reliability...RDSport is what im thinkin and im not even considering Eibach because the drop is too conservative....i really really hate that gap in the front

I'm partial to your subtle drop. Your car is very tastefully done.
