congrats on the sub 2 minute BW.. i've been consistent at the 2:02 mark on RS3's and lowering springs.. maybe coil overs before seats and half cage?

It makes a world of difference if you want to drop your lap times. Hard for me to advocate not getting seats and half cage though, since those are safety items. I had a pretty bad off this weekend that could have been worse...

Seats and half cage (at least) is next for me:

I spun out my M4 on Friday when it was muddier. I could have saved it, but my rear wheels had kicked out into the mud on Sunset (final turn before main straight), and didn't want to get mud in my interior - kept it entirely on the track!

it would really suck to take a dirt bath in your m4... white interior with those perforated seats... say goodbye.

Just sitting in it after rolling around on the garage floor to change pads left a nice stain. Fortunately, I had leather cleaner with me and it came right off. #justwhiteleatherproblems

You sir are brave driving around with that cocaine white leather. I would be afraid to even wear blue jeans and have it stain...much less a mud/dust bath.

Any track comparisons between your m4 and the e92? or too soon yet?

PS congrats on the PR and suspension!

Next track day I need one of you guys to drive my car and help dial in the suspension. I've had the coilovers for over a year and have not touched it once....

Paging M3 Number 86 redpriest , etc.

Great times guys! tires, brakes, suspension > power, yet most want to add powaaaaaa first! Improving the seat to steering wheel interface also is a great place to spend $.

If MRF ever makes another batch of their famous mid pipes, I think I'll have to pick one up and use some high flow cats and just swap mid pipes every two years for smog. At that point, I'd probably do the mild cams and a custom tune.
This is way down the line though...

That might be a little too hardcore for me at the moment, LOL - thinking of Hankook Z214s next, or trying out RE-71R again. Want to get perfect car control, or Aero, before I go to TDs.
TD's are 80 TW whereas z214's are 40 TW. They'd be a step down from Z214's.

I'm with you on this one! Maybe M3 Number 86 can help me dial in my suspension at Buttonwillow. I think he's also on KW Clubsports
