Need Sirius xm help!

So I've been trying to get the Sirius xm up in my m3 and it isn't working. The instructions say go to channel 184 but I don't have any channels for Sirius, any help is appreciated

I had a similar problem after CIC was retrofitted into my car. Turned out to not have the correct FAKRA cable to connect the head unit to the antennae. See my thread below
