BMW Satin Chrome from M3 Edition
Please don't ask for part #'s as I don't have them. BMW made sure the part # was not attached any where, and despite asking for it, failed to get it. I got these from someone very high up at BMW Individual. I don't think you can order them without VIN numbers.
They look absolutely stunning and put the regular chrome finish to shame and make them look cheap. I got both the side gills and the radiator grills. I had the black radiator grills before and initially I thought the satin chrome and the black looked a like. Boy wasn't I wrong. You might be able to spot the difference in the first two pics. You can definitely see the difference in real life side-by-side comparision and the attached photos don't do justice. Definitely makes the car stand out. As you can see the side gills come as one unit and you don't have to swap parts from the ones you have. What you see in the pics is what you get. My contact is also getting me the satin chrome tail pipe trims and hopefully they will be here before x'mas. The first photo is the BMW black grill just to compate with the Satin Chrome. Second is the satin chrome grill and the last is the SC installed.

Hmmm..... that's black chrome. Your local shop can possibly chrome your original piece to match anyways. I think those look good on a black / silver/ gray / white car to allow the grilles to pop more.

Take your stock pieces to your local chrome shop, they know how to do it properly. I have also seen black chrome spray paint that you can just spray paint a layer of black tint over your chrome pieces.

he was done prices here in pounds sterling.
so i managed to bag the 2010 ETK and found the part numbers for the M3 Edition exterior parts. The interior parts are also on their but its much more complicated to pull them out. Front Grill Left 51 13 7 979 349 £44.20 Front Grill right 51 13 7 979 350 £44.20 side gill left 51 13 7 979 351 £56.53 side gill right 51 13 7 979 352 £56.53 inc tax Chrome Black exhaust (you need 4) 18107842862 £18ea inc tax The bonnet grills and mirrors covers are standard parts ordered in black. they are 60 quid and 136 quid +tax respectively for each side (come painted). (yes thats nearly 400 pounds in total!) I ordered the the first 4 above although BMW UK and AG don't have any of these in stock so will see what happens.
