the Eventuri cf plenum is a copy of the OEM plenum, it's pretty much identical so any intake system will work with it.

I have this along with test pipes and a corsa axel back.

This plenum is nuts. It's pricey, but well worth it, the sounds are insanely good, I can't stress that enough. If you're are on a budget and torn between this or an exhaust, get this, and then a Megan axelback or oem mod.

The plenum wakes the beast up, it makes one of the best sounds I've heard from any car.

To add to this thread, I placed an order for one of these plenums over the Memorial Day holiday as an impulse buy. I know it looked gorgeous and everyone raved about the noise, but in all the online videos I couldn't really tell how different the noise is going to be.

Initially, I was disappointed, because the PCV fitting on the bottom of the plenum had broken off during shipping; some have complained about fitment issues regarding this pieces anyways.

I reached out to Eventuri and they got back to me the next day saying they would ship me a replacement L fitting. I thought about it and didn't want to risk damaging the plenum so I asked if they could take back the plenum to resolve the issue. The next day DHL came to pick up the plenum and 2 weeks later I had the plenum back in my hand all fixed. This level of customer service is absolutely phenomenal and rarely seen in the aftermarket car industry.

As far as the plenum itself goes; it does look great and fitment is 99%. The revised fitting for the PCV hose is much improved and should prove more durable. The fitting for the SAP hose is a bit tight and you would be served well to lube it up slightly before trying to slide the hose on.

And for the noise...yes it is worth it. The best way to describe is that the car simply GROWLS at WOT. The noise is very pronounced. If you're worried about not hearing it over a loud exhaust...don't. You will hear it. This thing is absolutely worth it. Yes, its not cheap, doesn't pick up any power, and is 1/4 cost of a blower, but if you're planning on staying N/A its the way to go if you can budget for it.

I tried to capture some videos below of the noise difference. Same road two days apart.

So the 1.00 min length video is also oem plenum? The two longer videos sound very similar to me. I can definitely hear a more aggressive bark in the 1.08 length video compared to the shorter one.

What was you mic set up for this?

Good catch; the title were offs but the descriptions were correct; I fixed the titles. The 2 longer ones are with the CF plenum. This is with the windows up and off my S20 mic off a windshield mount; nothing fancy.

Also I will mention the OEM emblems/logos do fit but they require additional double sided tape to actually stick. The recessed areas are slightly narrower from the molding process (probably) so despite having new logos I still had to get some 3M tape on the back of them.

Keep in mind that audio recordings don't do a great job of replicating how loud something is. In person the volume difference is quite obvious.

Really want to see a comparison video with the Eventuri alongside the CarboProject plenum. I assume the Eventuri is a good bit louder but curious as to exactly how much.

I see there is a cleaner for it for 30 bucks and was wondering how does one go about cleaning the filter? is it easy as in something you can easily do yourself or do you need to take it to a garage every 3500 miles?

PS: I am a total n00b and have never worked on a car.

My dad picked up a plenum back on Black Friday and I finally got a chance to hear it the other week. Well what can I say the quality of it, and the sound. Man the sound. I’ve ordered one myself for my car now!!
