I started with an AWD Tamiya Hotshot way back in the 80's. You can drop some serious coin RC's!

The 1/5 scale FG Supply...sweet!

So cool OP! I spent many of my teenage years building multiple HPI RS4 variants in addition to Team Associated and Team Losi off road trucks and buggies. RC10T2 and XX Cr Kinwald edition baby!

It just looks like that. But it actually goes pretty straight.

Robert as this is my first one and I had help from someone who knows what they are doing when it comes to this, i'd say electric. There are models online that are "RTR" ready to run but we found the a good chassis and motor on craigslist and bought the shell and some good spray paint and a new pair of rims/tires.. brand new one like this online is 299 + charger and battery. We looked around for a few weeks and pulled the trigger on this when it popped up.

So depending on how much you want to spend its up to you.. this out the door all done was $200 and a $200 well spent.
