Julius or Frank: Have you issued me a refund yet on my cancelled Eibach Pro-Kit order? It's been three business days since I asked Julius for a refund back to my credit card and I still haven't seen it posted. Thanks.

Julius here. first of all, i apologize for not being able to get them out to you fast enough (due to our move to a new facility) and secondly, the order was cancelled and refunded in our system.

Since you purchased it online, the refund was done automatically through our e-commerce site. They do not work like our traditional CC machines. please give it a couple more days for the refund to show up on your end.
