It pains me greatly to do this but I have made the decision to sell my 08 M3. I am active duty military and have been tasked for a 365 tdy to Iraq. I do not need to sell this car. I would love to keep the car but financally it is a wiser choice to sell now than to let it depreciate during the course of my absence.

Remaning factory warranty till March 2012, Clean CarFax report. I am the original owner but because of a dealship mistake they accidentally titled it to another person that bought another car the same day. Thus CarFax reporting two owners. At the time of this post it currently has 19,000 miles. Pictures and were conducted today(8/26/2011). The car has always been garage kept, never smoked in, tracked or taken to the drag strip. I have had it professionally detailed every six months and have only used swissvax wax on the car. It has been meticulously maintaned and I have kept all service records. I am in no rush to sell this car. I will NOT entertain offers, trades. The car was fully detailed three days ago and will not be driven untill it's sold. The sale will also include the, springs, chrome grills and gills. Also a pair of flat black grills I didnt like prior to switching to the paint matched grills. Upon request I can provide more detailed pictures. Asking $45,000.

Mods are as follows:

ICONZ 880Z, 3 piece Rims, Hidden Fasteners, 20x9.5 & 20x10.5, Powder Coated Race Gold Finish, Custom Center Caps, 2 inch (F) and 4 inch (R) Chrome Lips, W/O TPMS. Perfect fitment with no rubbing/scraping issues. Never curbed, three of the four chrome barrels are peeling.

Car currently has stock exhaust, sale doesnt inlcude the one in pictures.

Ventus V12 Evo 255/30, 285/30 Tires with 70% tread life, Perfect wear, no cuts, gashes or bubbles.

Just curious .. if you purchaed it in sept' 09 ... how come the warranty is running out in mar' 12 ... is it a typo?

First year production car, from what I was told it was the first one to hit the NW Florida panhandle area. The dealership owner drived it for a little bit, put it into service and then didnt sell until I purchased the vehicle in 09. I guess you can call it a program car, had 600 miles on it when I purchased.

What are you trading it in for?

Nothing, was going to trade in my Wifes R56 cooper and the M3 so she could get an John Cooper Works S. But it was cheaper to just trade in her Mini for the new one. BMW agreed to buy my car from me outright. I already have the check and it expires on Saturday.

I don't think anyone is buying... I had a deal fall apart... people would rather lease new ones at this time. Same payments but they want to rent as opposed to own, stupid in my opinion. GLWS buddy clean car... mine has been up forever as well.

I know right, some people dont like the rims. But what they dont realize is that you can buy my car, with mods and around 5k less than people are asking for a stock M3 and more miles. If you dont like the rims then buy the car and put these up on the market and buy your rim of choice. I can easily fetch 2,500 for the 3 piece forged rims but dont want the hassel. I think the rims alone costed me about 5k.

Its a hassle to sell wheels. I'm just now selling some gold 19" volks after 6 months at a bargain price from my previous car. I contemplated buying your car but decided to hold out for a different color. Good luck with the sale.
