Hey guys,

Tom reached out today and wanted to get a few details so that EAS can be ready for us on Saturday.

He wanted to know:

1. Estimated car count. (M3 Number 86 - do you still have a list of those who will be attending?)
2. Agenda for the day.

I wanted to get an opinion of what you guys think the agenda should look like. Here are my 2 cents:

8-30 to 9am: Arrival
9am to whenever: First exhaust sound (I figured that we can line up the cars so that the exhaust sound recordings can go in order).

As soon as we have taken recordings of all the cars lined up, we can move to record the cars for those who want to run on the dyno.

M3 Number 86, I think we should probably try to arrive as early as possible to EAS so that we can help line up the cars as they arrive. I know you're leading a caravan down and I'm meeting you at McD. What do you think?

I'm meeting ppl in Pasadena and will get to mcd at 800 we can cruise to EAS right away.

I would say the car count is 20+ for now. I haven't kept the list going and ppl may join and back out but 20 have voted. I think the agenda is good.

We can also do load sounds up the street and back if possible and if easier and faster.

Let us know how it goes.

We were going to leave around 810. We might have to just grab something quick or get there a little before 8to grab food. I'll keep an update.

Count me in. I have a house in Walnut and a place in El Monte, not sure which would be better for me to meet at. Most likely Pasadena.

i think coming to Pasadena is going backwards for you unless you want to meet up. Think you can take the 10 or 60 to 57 as well and you wouldn't have to back track. Either way meet us at either spot! 730 or 800
