This link shows the fine print on the containers for CH11S and CH202. Both says they are compatible and can be mixed with the other. http://www.germanautoparts.com/Chemicals/Steering |

I don't have the part numbers but I can tell you what the dealer provided as the replacement is slightly different size than what's on the car.
I've done the power steering fluid replacement twice now and have re-used the old washers both times with no leaks or trouble. As long you are reasonable with the tightness you should be fine (i.e. don't over-tighten). |

My brother in law flushed my power steering fluid but we cannot get it to stop leaking at the banjo bolt. Is there a recommended torque setting for tightening the bolt? This happens whether we use the new or old crush washers. Does anyone have a recommended technique? I'm just asking because the obvious isn't working .

Personally, I just stick with the baster method. It's quick and easy.

I just flushed my fluid and used lucas oils power steering fluid due to the fact that it has over a 100 degree higher flash point than the factory fluid ! Which I boiled at burnt at the track. The fluid is also available at pep boys for 8 dollars for 32oz.

So my method: - Suck old fluid out - Pour new fluid in - Start car and do lock to lock about 3-4 times - Repeat I went through about half a bottle of fluid before it looked clean.

Just make sure you are careful because there's a little screen at the bottom. Don't go jamming that baster in there

Yea I just use the baster method and do it every other oil change, fluid stays nice and new. Its prob overkill but its easy and the fluid is not much.

Yea the first time you do it a can is enouf, empty all out of the reservior refill turn steering wheel few times empty refill again until fluid is a nice pristine green.
I even took car on a nice spirited drive for the first time then did one final fluid swap when I got back.
