This happened yesterday:

First lap of the first session in the morning at Laguna Seca. It was cold, the track was wet, and I had a brand new set of r-comps on. It was merely a reconnaissance lap when my car stepped out at turn 9.

The first one was a save. Stepped out at the top of the straight at streets of willow. I think huge gust of wind hit. Second was intentional.

If you are bored, you can watch the whole session. If you want to skip then skip to the 15:00 mark for that lap, I was trying to catch a soccer mom in her gold 328 station wagon and might have been especially aggressive

Hi im wondering if you would mind to share your setting with me? I really like the way your car reacts, how it is very progressive and linear on the cars limit. Thanks!

I'll add to the slippage. This was a few months back at CVR. First time there and it's my favorite now. Can't wait to go back. It was a hot day, and a lot of hacking at the wheel trying to get the car to turn while learning the track. I came out of this day definitely with better trail braking skills that you are pretty much forced to use if you want to get a decent lap. Plus my damn rears were toe out for some reason?!

Back tire went slightly off track and kicked the rear out unexpectedly.

It still scares the crap out of me. I hired Andrie Hartanto to coach me that day so I got a lot more confident, but far from going flat out.

With aero on my e46 M3 I was able to just crack (1sec.) the throttle to set the nose then back down. My fastest minimum speed was 104. But that was HP limited as my max speed before the corner was 106.
