Go for it! Couldn't be happier with Mike's customer service. BPM's prices are comparable with the other tuning options, but even if they are slightly higher you more than make up for it with their customer care. Also, if you are in Kansas City, you're even more in luck, as I believe "The Tech" is also in KC.

I can't wait to hear more about the new bells and whistles on what is already a great tune.

Mike's a great guy. I'm lucky that I live near him. He's a fellow IT geek and car nut like me so what's not to like? I would not hesitate to enthusiastically endorse BPM.

I got my tune this past Thursday. Been playing with the car over the weekend, and man it's gotten nice. I couldn't tell at first, but I can definitely tell the extra power now.

Mike was great to work with, and even though I had a crappy laptop he was willing to stick it out. Very pleased.

Hey Mike, I'm going to try and save up some more cash for my car fund and hit you up again. Maybe in Vegas March/April time frame. If you are in the area can come and do the DCT + some of the programmable options.

Talking of customer service, I recently did a dyno run with the BPM Stage II and test pipes and was losing power from 7200 rpm because it was running too rich. Just asked Mike about this and with his replied arrived a new tune correcting the problem.

I didn't ask for a fix ... it could have been a problem with the car but the gentleman he is and keeping up with his excellent customer service, he was proactive in addressing what he thought was an issue.

Mike, sorry to park this here but people need to know the kind of service you offer. Thank you!
