I read a benefit with the MLT brackets over the Freaky Parts brackets is you don’t have to grind/shave any part of the C63 caliper to make it work either. |

Regarding the chargebacks, for anyone who is going to attempt one, credit card chargebacks can be won or lost in my opinion 50/50 based on evidence. You could lose first chargeback, then it gets disputed and then win the second. Or the reverse too, win the chargeback think you got your money back then weeks later you get an email saying after a deeper look they decided to side with the seller. So members were potentially led to lose thousands. |

1. Didn't have the color I want 2. Price advantage is limited once you after in F80 front rotors 3. StopTech is a much bigger company and I would rather not risk major safety component 4. New Trophy kit just looks to damn sexy.... but like you said, chargeback may or may not go through

IMO those group buys should also include transit times, not just when they'll ship.

Organizer of the group buy has skin in the game and reputation to uphold. Customers expect the organizer of the group buy to do their own due diligence on the matter. Most likely the GB Organizer has an incentive to do this anyway but should be looking out for buyers by working with reputable sources

I just bought a BBK via other means I know these things are expensive as hell. Some people save up all year, some years. I don't want someone to spend their money and get squat. Before he got banned and his threads deleted, I know that there are people on this forum whose opinions I trust who commented asking why were they doing a GB with this guy when they had issues in the past. GB guy put his reputation behind the guy and said all was well. Weeks later (or maybe months later)......nah he shady open up a chargeback claim to get your money back. Does not inspire confidence. Complete 180. |

Question, would you discard then any bembo caliper type from AMGs? For instance, knowing that the C63 has larger piston area... would it be the case for say the brembo 6 piston caliper that comes from SL55 or SL65? I know that freakyparts sells adapters for the E92M3 (AMG)... Regards. |

Damn man. Still pissed that GB fell through. This is exactly what I'm looking for to pair up to M4 front rotors w lifetime replacement from FCP. Now I'm stuck!

Is there really still no bracket for the front F8x to E9x caliper conversion?

If you want to do the F87 M2 CS 6/4 pot retrofit (F8X CCB 6/4 pot calipers with M2 CS steel rotors) IND will sell you the caliper adapter bracket from their F8X to F9X CCB kit separately. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to find an F8X 4/2 pot to E9X bracket.
