SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA INDIVIDUAL PHOTO SHOOT

Attention all forum members:

Our "Individual" photo shoot is this coming Sunday, March 13th at 4:30 PM. It will be a gathering of all those in southern california with an Individual BMW, and anyone else who wants to stop by and see things for themselves in person.

EDIT - LOCATION CHANGE

Due to increase in the attendance of this meeting, we will be meeting at:

The public parking lot adjacent to the Walt Disney Concert Hall in Downtown Los Angeles. TOP FLOOR.
This is not the Walt Disney Concert Hall's own parking lot, but rather another parking lot directly facing (and adjacent) to it.

NOTE: There might be a parking fee - so bring a few dollars with you !

So far it looks like the following cars will be joining us:

1) Dakar Yellow
2) Monte Carlo Blue
3) Laguna Seca Blue
4) Titanium Silver
5) Frozen Gray (possibly)
6) Brilliant White
7) NEW** - Fire Orange (Courtesy of Will Shaw from Nick Alexander Imports)

If you'd like to stop by just to see things for yourself, please post here in this thread.

We will have a full buffet, balloon puppets, and horses. Looking forward to seeing you all there !

thanks for the heads up haha. I can guarentee you that Paul will not drive his Frozen Grey M3 outside Thousand Oaks but i will try to get a hold of him anyways just for you buddy

got two text's into Paul (Frozen owner) hope he is in the country. if not might have a problem getting the car all the way to La since like i said to sasan last time i checked it had 7 miles on it. it just sits in his collection. But who knows ill continue to work on it.

this is going to be an awesome meet up.

I think the guys listed above are it, Sasan. I've spotted an E92 in Marakesh Brown around my neighborhood once before, but he's apparently not on the forums.

Edit: Actually, Will Shaw from Nick Alexander BMW has a Fire Orange E92 on the showroom floor. You should see if he'd be willing to truck the car to this meet.

You should show up. While the main portion of the shoot is strictly for Individual cars, I'd love to compare the finish on a Mineral White car with Larry's Brilliant White in person. Sasan and I also talked about the possibility of taking a couple of pictures with one of every M3 color at the end of the meet, Individual or not.

"OC Dealman" in Anaheim has an FG if the one GOLFFRR is trying to get doesn't work out. Also, there should be another 4-5 FGs in Socal.

Thanks, Tom. I'll reach out to OC Dealman. Do you happen to know if any of the other FGs are on this forum.

^^yea OC Dealman has one also, haven't seen him on the forum in a while. also e92pilot or something along those lines has the Dakar Yellow M3 as well and lives in LA

I sent a PM to OC Dealman. We'll see if he replies.

And surprisingly, Will didn't say no to bringing the Fire Orange M3, though he didn't say yes either. I should find out more later on today, though I'm still not holding my breath.
