.So apparently C$1.839 is £1.06, that's cheap! lolAnd yea hopefully we'll get a good video of it (with good quality sound!).PS we find it funny over here for you guys, that popping down to the shops can mean a 50 mile drive! ![]()

I heard a rumor today that the engine will get fired up next week. I hope we can get some videos of it. Still a ways away on the tuning though.

![]() No real updates. Bert is getting updates every two weeks from the shop in the UK. But it's the same update: still no dyno computer module delivered...so can't put the engine on the dyno yet. I wish it were something different to report. |

I know people don't want updates without results. So let me give you an update without results.
The shop in the UK tasked with the tuning and dyno testing has been waiting nearly 1-year for the parts to rebuild their engine dyno. I'm told the chip shortage played a role in the very long delays. Half the new dyno load module has arrived and been installed; but there is still another half that needs to be installed. Unfortunately, it hasn't yet arrived in the UK, but is hoped to arrive soon. The engine is fully outfitted and sitting on the dyno and ready for tuning and testing. I've seen pictures of it. Last week, just to kill the time, the shop started the engine for the first time and said it sounded great. That's all I have for now. Hopefully more results soon. |
