Great car, nice pics too.

Another question regarding the trunk spoiler. How does it attach? Bolts or 3M tape? Did you have a bodyshop remove the OEM spoiler?

Thanks

Simple 3M red version double stick tape did the trick; no bolts or glue. The OEM spoiler was removed in less than 10 seconds via a plastic tool that my shop had.

Thanks!!!

I dont really have any bodywork done per se but if you are referring to the spoiler and diffuser add ons, they were done at Hyevon Motors in Orange County.

Appreciate the comments!!

Honestly, I dont know as I bought the spoiler from a member here. Check out the vendors section and look for JL motoring, there should be a link to their site with a contact number.

Yes, in my original post I listed RD Sport springs as my source of the drop. Great springs for those who dont want to go the coil route and lose EDC. Very similar to stock and the RD's drop the car more than Eibachs and H&R's.

I really only drive in EDC sport but need to start checking on how comfort is also.

[QUOTE=Vic55;5875278]Its textured black.

Thanks man. It looks great with your ride. Im thinking of either going with the charcoal grey or maybe your color HRE's. The thing is my E93 is jet black so if I went with a black rim on a black car im afraid I wont see the rim as much but your textured finish makes them stand out more and of course your ride being white.

Thank again, keep the pics coming.

By the way, I noticed your location was Orange County, you go down to San Diego at all. I think I might of saw you on Interstate 5?

Well if you want to separate the tire from the wheel with a black on black combo; a time attack stripe might work. I actually feel the textured black doesnt separate that well from the tire. I say this because I have a set of P40's glossy on my 997tt and they seem to visually separate better (tire to wheel).

Yes I roll down to SD at times but not yet in the E92.

Not the best pics of the wheels on the 997TT but you get the drift:

your 997 looks hot, everything but the tails IMO.

I hate smoked tails, especially on 997TT.
Dont worry, my buddy with a 997TT (white) has the smoked tails coz he has black wheels too and I rip on him every day

On that note, have you considered doing the new tails ? Both my boys with 997TT are doing the upgraded tails on their rides during the winter months here

Smoked tails are not for all--- I like them on this car only due to the black and red theme. Im not sure about the upgrade--- I dont drive the car all that much.
