I love your car, badfish. I really like the look of the single hump dash along with the CF leather trim. I don't think I will miss the extra settings by not getting ZTP.

same here , i think the idrive, mdrive, etc. is gonna get old after a while, people are gonna mess with it in the beginning , but later on its pretty much just a novelty item, a very expensive novelty item

It doesn't bump. It can get fairly loud but not really loud. All my cars have nice sound systems in them. So I actually start upgrading the sound system on my M3 this weekend. It will get a new set of front speakers, then I have to decide on an amp and sub.

How much are planning on spending for everthing (speakers, amp and sub)?

I'm not sure exactly. I figure the amp will be somewhere around $400 for the Alpine PDX4150 or equivalent. Speakers were only $200 for the Diamond Audio S400 HEX, those come today (eBay). The sub I'm really struggling with, think I might just go with something small to save on weight and space. I really want to get some multimedia going and I have a carpc that I can install but the biggest problem is where to put that 8" screen so that idea is out for now. Not sure what other videos to take. Any suggestions? The car isn't broken in yet. Maybe I can take something of the strange things people do when they look at the car, this car is an attention whore right now.

Ur car is gonna look and sound like a freakin beast once u get all that done, hell it looks badass right now. Once mine comes, im gonna do some of the same stuff like gettin it tinted, i might change the sound system (depending on how it sounds) and i was also thinking of getting some black rims but i aint sure about that.
Are you only getting the trunk painted? am i understanding that correctly....

Anyhow heres a simple idea for a video, i dont know what type of videocamera u use but howabout a walkaround ur car, or turning it on to hear its engine and exhaust, or both

howcome some of the speaker covers on the door are clear in some cars and then black like yours? if i had a choice id pick black they look better in my opinion

The more transparent grilles ones are with the Enhanced Premium Audio system, which has better quality speakers (as well as the rest of the system).
