The burbles kick on at 5k rpm and up whn u let off the pedel. So if u rev to 8600 and let off all the way down to 5k itll burble till then haha.

Correct, just depends how u use it. I ususlly downshift and let it burble for fun lol. My buddies love hearding it haha
