This thing is bonkers. I would imagine it drives exactly like a standard M3 with all the OEM functionality. I applaud your effort in going through the trouble of dealing with the rear quarters. It's going to really look the part when it's all done.

More rear mockup. Btw; definitely going to shorten the Dinan tips.

Blackstone done just to see what kind of shape the bearings were in. Couldn't confirm through service records if they had been done, but thought possible. Even though it's only showing 3 ppm on the lead, replacing them regardless but at least I know they're weren't in bad shape.

Got the SC kit today. This is how UPS delivered a $7,500 insured box. Many parts busted and broken. CF inlet busted, bottom of plenum busted, screws left in back of SC bent and warped/stripped threads. Scuffs on the ribs of the pulley. Not a good day.

Shit sorry bud.. I'm done with brown, FedEx till I die... that looks like some shitey packaging though for an 80lb kit.. should have been crated really. Insurance ftw though?!?

I did put insurance on it. I've only made lost package claims never damage. Not sure how difficult it's going to be. On top of that, I can't get Gintani to réspond to any email I send so not sure if I'll be able to get a replacement intake. We will see.

Packaging was done in a new heavy duty box rated for 100lbs. Everything was cellophanes and double wrapped with heavy bubble wrap and lined with bubble wrap. I'm reading horror stories online about how UPS doesn't pay out shit on insurance. I've had two lost packaged from them this year and they've paid 100 per one because I was an idiot and didn't include insurance.

It's just those are moving boxes not shipping boxes. They'll probably fight you on improper packaging for something of that weight. I used to work in setting up package sorting machines in package distribution centers for Usps across the country. Packages get fucked up at every stop, that kit should have really been individually packaged and shipped or crated on a half pallet really. I hope I'm wrong and they pay out for you. I think the intake could be repaired by someone who knows what they're doing and hopefully everything else is salvageable.
