Btw, Yacolt is about 20miles north of Vancouver, for what it's worth.

I wasn't going to, but I wimped out and installed the front license plate mount after my new Euro bumper upgrade. The car is a cop magnet as it is I didn't want to give them reason to pull me over, other than speeding of course

That sucks! I hate those front plates. Sorry you had to do that. Why do states have these? <== rhetorical question. I'm 100% sure they are a waste. Lucky to be in NC where we only have one plate.

They do that for the toll cameras, the speed trap cameras, keep the prisoners busy making them, it's all about State revenue IMO.

Just put one on mine this weekend as well. The democratic people's republic of maryland also requires a front plate, but I'm not putting holes in my bumper.

Can you please share your brake sensor reset secret here. I have read many ways to do it but when I took the wheels off I just scratched my head and threw the wheels back on.

Did you replace the pad wear sensor? I tried doing it without it with no luck. I found out from the E90post forums that you need to replace it otherwise the light will come back. Replace the sensor, then do the normal service reset procedure

Take your wheels off and locate the sensor that is on the pad. There's two on the front pads and one on the rear.

If you want to completely delete it, cut the brake sensor and splice the wires together. Then go back to the dash and reset.

If you replaced the sensors, then all you have to do is ignition on (don't start), hold the odometer reset button until you see the service menu come up, scroll to the one that has (0) on the front of the car, and hold the BC button for a few seconds. It should ask you to confirm reset.
