X pipes for BMW Performance exhaust

Is there any x pipe that can be installed with the BMW performance exhaust without adapters (straight bolt on)
How does Eisenmann x pipe fit?

Any of the Xpipes will work with this exhaust as it is a stock replacement for the oem muffler. If it is designed to work with the OEM rear silencer than it will work with the BMW Permorance exhaust.

I personally think most X-pipes paired with the BMW Performance exhaust will sound bad. Reason is is that the BMW Performance exhaust is so high pitched that adding a x pipe will just make the volume louder and more raspy.

You can have an x-pipe made with 2 resonators per side (total 4) and that may reduce the rasp. Dinan has one but Challenge and Gintani will both custom make X-pipes I think. No guaranty it will eliminate it but it's probably your best option if you are married to the BMW Perf. unit.

I ran the BMW perf exhaust with the Turner test pipes, with the secondary cats and resonators in place... rasped badly.

Did you make any cuts to the stock midpipe section to install the Turner Test Pipes?
Did you install any software to avoid triggering fault codes or emmisions equipment codes in your car?
What about the BMW warranty, is it affected by installing this system?

Eisenmann does not make any X pipe, but they often use our Challenge series of X pipes with their rear mufflers. The Akropvic X pipe will only bolt up to an akrapovic rear section.

Thanks for your info, can you PM your price for the Challenge x pipe, what mods have to be made to fit the challenge x pipe with my BMW performance exhaust? Any software needed with these x pipes?
