Anyone know who "Trier Germany" is?

As some of you may have noticed, he's taken a sudden interest in me for some reason. Since apparently sending my harassing messages here wasn't enough he's now spamming my email address to every spam site he can find. I'm going to collect all of this information and present it to the base legal office and OSI so I can press charges against him.

He's also created a new account, "poor sound quality", since "Trier Germany" was banned.

If anyone has any information on him it would be much appreciated.

In case anyone was wondering, I figured out who he is. Apparently being a Senior Noncommissioned Officer doesn't mean what it used to. He also seems to have retired this past fall but being a U.S. citizen he's still subject to U.S. cyber-bullying laws.

I already found out who he was and presented all my evidence to the proper authorities. Unfortunately he's already retired but I was told that he might still be able to be charged. Either way it's out of my hands now.
