Looking for Feedback on Steve Thomas BMW ED

Fellow Forum Members, I am looking for some feedback (both positive and negative) on Steve Thomas BMW. I am currently looking at placing an order with Ryan and I want to hear what others have experienced. So far my interactions have been outstanding. They have also given me a fantastic quote that I kinda feel is too good to be true. That coupled with the fact that we are in different states prompted me to gather feedback from you.

Thanks in advance!

Have not dealt with them personally but cannot recall a negative comment about them...

Although I did not purchase my car from STBMW, they are who I call when I have any BMW issues (Coast BMW is down the street from me but they are terrible!). STBMW have great service and I would highly recommend them. Good luck!

My current Open ED is with Ryan @ Steve Thomas.

Although the transaction is not complete yet they have been spectacular thus far. The best part is that everything has been handled flawlessly over email, phone & mail. I will step foot in the showroom for the 1st when I collect the car.

I purchased my car at STBMW and it was by far the easiest transaction at a dealership I've ever had. I negotiated everything over email and phone and when I got to the dealership, everything was as stated. I live almost 3 hours from STBMW so being able to negotiate legitimately over the phone was a huge plus. I never even saw a pic of the actual car (it was CPO, so I wasnt really stressed about it) and when I got there, it was detailed ready for my test drive.

The best part of negotiating with them is the fact that they pretty much give you the best price out the gate, so there isnt a lot of back and forth. Ryan was very straight forward with me and that was greatly appreciated. After the transaction, I received several follow up calls to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with the car. Like the poster above, Coast BMW is my local dealership and they just dont know what theyre doing. After my experience at STBMW, they will be my primary BMW dealership for any and all BMW's I purchase in the future.

Ryan Amico at Steve Thomas BMW gave the wife and I our best car buying experience ever! We just did ED through Ryan this past Christmas. I highly recommend Ryan.

I did not purchase my car from them but I can tell you that GOLFRR and Ryan are some of the best guys to work with. I PM'd him numerous times about the M3 I was going to order. They walked me through the entire process, give me quotes, and what to expect. I don't think many people would do this knowing I was going to buy a car from another dealer. And the only reason I didn't buy a car from them was because a local dealer had the exact car I wanted. When I found the car, I sent GOLFRR another PM and spoke with him about it. He broke it down for me and told me what to offer. Ryan even gave me a call to talk it the specifics. I can't say enough good things about them and have NEVER heard anything bad. My next car will be ED through Steve Thomas no doubt about it. You are in good hand with them. Congrats and keep us posted

I recently ordered my M3 through Ryan and thus far it has been painless. Ryan has been a pleasure to work with. He knowns his stuff and is very prompt. I had already placed an order for an M3 through another dealership. I waited two weeks with no production number and a deal that I ultimately discovered was not very good. After reading numerous positive reviews of GOLFFRR and Ryan I reached out to them. Right out of the gate they gave me an excellent deal, one that was far better than the one I had previously. This was without even negotiating! Also, within 5 days of placing my my order my car is in production. I am very happy with the service GOLFFRR and Ryan have provided thus far. If the rest of the transaction goes this well there is no doubt I will be buying from them again and so will others I know. Please Note: I live in the Pacific Northwest and will be flying down there to take delivery. In my opinion the extra cost of flying there and driving it back is worth it. Besides, who wouldn't want to drive their new M3 up the Pacific Coast.

Ryan is the best.

I originally went with a local dealership and Ryan still answered all of my questions...after a few local issues arose, I gave my business to Ryan & ST BMW.
