Question Quick Q On Coupe Rear Arm Rest...

do all m3 coupes have the nut sack type thing in the back or does that change to the normal one with cup holders if you get the cold weather package?

I have the floppy "nut sack" type in and I have the cold wx. I thought there was a thread that showed that there is 2 different ways that the come in the E92s one being the"nut sack" way and the other not having the extra piece of leather there. I also didn't think they put cup holders in the E92/E93 only in the E90.

LOL! Nut sack type thing. It sags no matter what package you get. I read in the manual it was done for weight purposes. Yeah right more like cost saving purposes!

E92, you open the rear armrest..it is just a piece of leather attach to a sack....lol Idk why they do this. even regular 3s have a proper rear armrest... and we pay a premium and a sack instead. lol that is just funny in my opinion. it is not like it can save 20lb or something.. If I want to save that amount of weight, better just go to the Gym instead.

I have the cold weather package and sadly I have that "nut sack" you speak of instead of cup holders. It gives me an excuse to ban liquids from being introduced in my car by clumsy passengers.
